A unique 240-page typed manuscript (c.1940) with more than 100 hand-drawn and watercolor illustrations. Each letter-size page is typed single sided and three-holes punched with reinforcements. Moderate toning to each page. Edges have some small tears. Laid in with the last page is the author’s certificate from New Rochelle, New York for Interior Design, dated 1938. [Loc: 2a6].
